1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of food and spice products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or contaminated.
- The wrong product has been delivered.
- The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.
- The item received is significantly different from what was ordered.
To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products.
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount campaigns (unless damaged or defective).
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return request:
- Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
- Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Refund Process
Once the return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or preferred refund method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, Bhoomi Spices Gold may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch for a full refund.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customers can contact support for assistance.
7. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), return shipping costs will be borne by Bhoomi Spices Gold.
- In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
